1. Scope and controller

This policy covers the NALVETH website and the Vademys, Taxonys and Kalquis apps. Bistrito has its own support, privacy and terms at bistrito.com and is outside this policy.

2. Data on this website

This website's code does not include user accounts, advertising, analytics tools or first-party cookies. The page address determines the language; we do not save that choice in your browser.

When loading the website, the hosting provider receives technical data needed to serve the connection, such as your IP address and request information. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives technical data for that connection. See Google's privacy policy.

This public website is hosted on Cloudflare. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices.

3. Support inquiries

The support form prepares an email in your email app. It does not send messages directly or store your input on this website. You can review the message and choose whether to send it.

An email you choose to send includes your address, the message and any files you attach. We use this information to answer your inquiry and follow up on the issue. Cloudflare forwards support messages to a Google Gmail inbox. These providers process messages to deliver the email service. See the privacy policies of Cloudflare and Google.

Do not include passwords, medical records or information that identifies patients. For privacy questions or removal of emails you have sent us, contact support@nalveth.dev. The specific support retention period will be defined in the final policy.

4. Vademys

Vademys is a nursing reference app with calculators, guides, protocols, medications and conditions. User data entered and stored for these features stays on the device and is not sent to NALVETH servers.

5. Taxonys

Taxonys generates nursing processes and care plans using nursing taxonomies. Data used by its features is processed and stored locally on the device; it is not sent to servers or AI providers.

6. Kalquis

Kalquis organizes medical calculators by specialty. Inputs, results and any data retained by the app stay on the device and are not sent to NALVETH servers.

7. Advertising and third parties

The apps will be supported by Google AdMob and advertising mediation, with networks such as Meta Audience Network, AppLovin, Unity Ads, Liftoff Monetize, InMobi, Mintegral and Pangle. NALVETH does not include its own analytics or subscriptions. This does not eliminate measurement performed by advertising SDKs.

Advertising services may process IP addresses, inferred approximate location, advertising or device identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic data to display and measure ads and prevent fraud. The scope depends on active SDKs, their versions, the platform and consent. Functional data from the nursing and medical tools stays local and is not sent to these services.

The exact networks and consent settings will be verified for each version before launch. Any additional networks must be identified here before activation. The app-ads.txt file contains only confirmed seller identifiers; it does not describe all data processing by itself.

8. Your privacy choices

You can manage permissions and advertising controls in Android or iOS privacy settings. Personalized ads and tracking must follow the consent options available in the released version. The consent tools and their exact location in each app still need verification.

For access, correction, deletion or objection requests concerning information received by NALVETH, the contact is support@nalveth.dev. Local data is managed on your device. For data an advertising provider processes independently, refer to its controls and policy.

9. Retention, deletion and rights

Local functional data stays on the device until you delete it, clear app storage or uninstall the app, depending on the operating system. NALVETH does not hold a server copy to recover or delete. Device backups may retain data according to your settings and the backup provider’s policies.

10. Updates

Final policies will be published before these URLs are used in store listings. They must match each distributed app version and its privacy disclosures.
